Friday was Kory and my 10 Year anniversary. A big milestone, I know. We had other things going on Friday so we weren't able to go out just the two of us so on Saturday morning we decided to go golfing. I have only golfed once in my life and that was way back in high school so I was excited to try it again. It was so much fun. The weather was perfect, our golf cart was speedy, the scenery was incredible and I must say even though it has been a few years since playing I must say I was amazingly. . . bad! I was able to pull off a few Tiger Woods characteristics though like slamming my club on the ground after a bad hit or celebrating after a great drive. Unfortunately, my great drive was that I hit the ball solid and it stayed on the fairway. The bad part was that it was not on the fairway that it was supposed to be on, it was the neighboring holes fairway. I am sure Kory felt like he was golfing with Curious George instead of Tiger Woods but he swallowed his pride and let me be seen with him anyway. I didn't ever get a hole in one but I did hit a bunny. I didn't even know it was there until I was watching where my ball landed and this "rock" jumps in the air. Luckily my ball was pretty much stopped when it hit it so it didn't get hurt. Just points for me for boppin' the bunny.

Kory has this drive like I have never seen before. I am talking Happy Gilmore, clear in the heck out there. The ball is in the air forever and ever, it just doesn't fly strait. So to put it mildly, we were chasing ball's out in Timbuktu. It was a blast though and it makes me want to go again soon so I can feel like there might be some hope of the PGA soon. (OK, not really)

Happy 10 years! I have never been golfing. How hilarious you hit a bunny. I am laughing!
I only know one other woman in this world who does blue darts (it's not me) I thought that memory was hilarious.
The pictures from Alaska are great! I bet it's so nice to have him home. Now we need to think of a girls trip to go on and let our husbands stay home and babysit.lol
Happy Anniversary! I've never been any kind of golfing but mini golfing. It sounds like you guys had a great time. You're so good at sports I'm sure you did better than what you described.
Best wishes for your next 10 years!
